Borshchit gas station greatly facilitates the process of cooking borsch. Having spent a little time in the fall, in winter you cook your favorite fragrant first dish in a matter of minutes. Open the jar, add to the finished broth and boil for 15 minutes. Your borsch is ready!

Ingredients

  • Beet 400 g
  • Cabbage 400 g
  • Onion 250 g
  • Carrot 250 g
  • Tomatoes 250 g
  • Vegetable oil 50 ml
  • Vinegar (9%) – 25 ml
  • Water (boiled) – 50 ml
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1.5 tbsp

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Rinse and clean the vegetables. Chop the cabbage, rub the beets and carrots on a coarse grater, cut the tomatoes in small pieces, chop the onion.

Combine prepared vegetables in a pan for cooking, add water, vegetable oil, salt and sugar. Mix and bring to a boil, then tap it over low heat for 20-25 minutes.

A couple of minutes before cooking, enter vinegar, mix and remove the pan from the heat.

Set the hot borshchi refueling into sterile jars, roll up, turn upside down, wrap it up and leave until completely cooled. Store the cooled blank in a cool dark place.
