Ingredients

  • Mushrooms (chanterelles) - 500 g
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • Cloves - 2 pcs.
  • Black pepper (peas) - 5 pcs.
  • Fragrant pepper (peas) - 3 pcs.
  • Vinegar (9%) - 60 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt - 2 tsp.

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Sort out the mushrooms, clean from sand and forest waste, soak in a bowl with cold water for 30 minutes. Then drain the water and repeat the procedure 2-3 times.

Place clean mushrooms in a pan for cooking, pour clean water, bring to a boil and boil, removing the formed foam, over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove the finished mushrooms on a colander.

For the marinade, connect 0.5 liters of water, salt, sugar, bay leaf, cloves, both types of pepper and vinegar in a saucepan. Mix and bring to a boil.

As soon as the marinade begins to boil, place boiled mushrooms in it, gently mix, bring it to a boil again and boil over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Pour boiling mushrooms in pre -sterilized banks in advance, pour the marinade to the top and close hermetically. Turn the jars upside down upside down, wrap it up and leave until completely cooled. Move the cooled workpiece for storage in a cool dark place.
