Swin caviar for the winter

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms (chanterelles) – 2 kg
  • Bulgarian pepper (medium) – 3 pieces
  • Tomatoes 500 g
  • Carrot 400 g
  • Onion 400 g
  • Garlic half a head
  • Vegetable oil 100 ml
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1.5 tbsp

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Peel the pigs, rinse and soak in cold water for a day. Change the water periodically when it becomes muddy.

Rinse the mushrooms, pour fresh water, salt and cook for 1 hour.

Remove pigs on a colander and leave to drain.

Finely cut tomatoes, pigs, peeled onions and bell pepper. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

In a deep Kazan, fry the onion with carrots until golden.

Pour pigs, bell pepper and simmer for 15 minutes under the lid.

Add tomatoes, salt, ground pepper and garlic passed through the press. Cook all together for 15 minutes.

Pour in vinegar, mix and remove from heat after 1 minute. Put hot caviar into a prepared container and roll up.
