In Asian cuisine, Mash is often used. It has a delicate nut taste and has a positive effect on the work of the whole organism. I propose today to cook Humus from Masha. This snack is extremely popular among vegetarians.

Ingredients

  • Mash 350 g
  • Greens 20 g
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Tahini 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 50 ml
  • Cumin 0.5 tsp
  • Paprika 0.5 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 2 l

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Mash rinse, place in a pan and pour cold water. Boil 45 minutes over low heat.

Take a glass of decoction, squeeze the rest of the liquid.

Finely chop the greens and purified garlic.

Place the MASH, garlic, herbs and paste of Tahini in a bowl of blender.

Add lemon juice, zira, salt and half of the oil. Grind until a homogeneous consistency. If the Humus turned out to be thick, add the decoction and mix.

Put the chickpe on the plate, pour the remaining butter and sprinkle with paprika.
