Canned mushrooms - the decoration of any festive table. I propose to prepare pickled oils for the winter. This recipe is quite simple and does not imply sterilization. Take only freshly combined mushrooms for conservation, in which you are 100% sure

Ingredients

  • Chanterelles 2 kg
  • Water 1 l
  • Vinegar (9%) – 120 ml
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Cloves 3 pcs.
  • Fragrant pepper (peas) – 6 pcs.
  • Bay leaf 6 pcs.
  • Salt 4 tsp.
  • Sugar 2 tbsp.

A step -by -step recipe for cooking

Sort out the mushrooms, clean from the ground and sand, remove the skin from the hats, rinse thoroughly under running water. Cut the large specimens into parts, we will pickle the small ones.

Bring the prepared mushrooms to a boil, add salt and boil for 20 minutes, removing the foam. Then throw it in a colander.

Clean the garlic and cut largely.

Pour 1 liter of water into the pan, add salt, sugar, fragrant pepper and cloves, weld the brine.

Place the oil in a boiling brine and boil for 30 minutes over low heat. 5 minutes before cooking, add vinegar.

At the bottom of pre -prepared sterile cans, put garlic and bay leaf. Fill the banks to the top with boiling oils with a brine. Roll the jars, turn over and leave to cool. Pickled oils are recommended to be stored in a cool dark place.
